1. What services do you offer?
We specialise in providing medical assessments for drivers, including HGV, PCV, taxi, and private hire medicals. Our assessments comply with DVLA and licensing authority requirements.
2. What documents do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid form of identification (passport or driving license), any required medical forms (such as a D4 and PCO forms see above), and details of any ongoing medical conditions or prescribed medications.
3. Can I reschedule my appointment if I can’t make it?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking time at no additional cost. Late cancellations within 24 hours will incur a £20 fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. How long does the medical examination take?
The medical assessment typically takes 15-30 minutes, depending on the complexity of your medical history.
5. When will I receive my completed medical form?
In most cases, your medical form will be completed and handed to you immediately after your assessment. If further details or reports are required, we will inform you during your appointment.
